GSAI PHARMA is committed to supplying chemicals and providing services to meet the
buyer's requirements, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
By placing a purchase order, the buyer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
It is the customer's responsibility to review and understand these terms before
submitting the purchase order.
Terms
● All prices are in U.S. currency ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipments will be made promptly, even if prices vary. Written quotations are valid
for 30 days.
● Returned material will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Prices and Taxes
● Prices listed for catalog items are in U.S. dollars. While we strive to keep prices
up-to-date in our catalog and website, we cannot guarantee their accuracy.
Custom duty, applicable taxes, freight charges, and special packaging fees are
excluded and will be added to the invoice. Prices for non-catalog custom
synthesis and design services will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and
current prices will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
Payment
● Payment terms are net 20 days from the date of the invoice. GSAI Pharma
reserves the right to request advance payment at its discretion. Accounts 20
days past due will incur a 2% late charge per month on the unpaid balance,
except for first-time buyers.
● For overseas transactions, the buyer is responsible for all of the seller's banking
charges. The buyer is not entitled to withhold or set-off payment for the products
for any reason.
Delivery
● We prioritize safety and economy to ensure the quickest and most efficient
method of transportation for our products.
● We will deliver the products according to your specified method as indicated on
your order.
● We work closely with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS to provide
the best service.
● Hazardous items are shipped in compliance with the regulations set by the
Ministry of Transportation and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Additional charges may apply for special packaging and shipping of such
products.
Shipping Costs:
● The shipping costs can vary based on shipping method, product hazard status,
product quantity, package weight, and destination. The exact shipping sum
cannot be determined in real-time during the order placement. Typically, shipping
and handling for packages weighing less than 1 pound (0.45 kg) range from $20-
90 (domestic) or $90-150 (outside the USA). Shipping and handling for high-
priced orders may be higher due to FedEx insurance costs and US customs fees.
● Order confirmations will be sent by email only, so please provide an email
address.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
● Products are sold F.O.B. shipping point, fully insured at the buyer's expense.
Shipments of items exceeding $2500 are fully insured according to the buyer's
request.
● Upon receipt of any items shipped, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the
goods and notifying the seller in writing of any claims for shortages, defects, or
damages within five working days. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance
of the goods.
● If assistance is required in filing a claim for a lost, incomplete, or damaged
shipment, we are available to provide support.
Warranty
● The products in this catalog have been sourced from reliable providers and are
believed to be accurate. However, we cannot guarantee their accuracy.
● The seller warrants that materials are of the stated quality at the time of sale.
There is no warranty, implied or expressed, regarding the suitability of these
products for any particular purpose.
● The seller's sole and exclusive liability is to replace the product without charge or
refund the purchase price upon the return of the products as per the seller's
instructions. In no event shall the seller be liable for incidental or consequential
damages of any kind.
Patents:
● The seller does not warrant that the use or sale of the products delivered will not
infringe on any patents, trademarks, registered designs, or other industrial rights
covering the product itself or its use in combination with other products or in any
operation. The buyer is responsible for determining the existence of such
patents.
Any issues(or) concerns should be discussed within 60 days starting from received date of the product to your site. Only preferred vendors can discuss any issues up to 90 days starting from receiving date. Patents
The seller does not warrant that the use or sale of the products delivered will not infringe the claims of any patents, trademarks, registered designs or other industrial rights covering the product itself or the use thereof in combination with other products or in the operation of any progress. Buyer must be responsible for determining the existence of such patents.
Conditions for Use
● All products from GSAI PHARMA are strictly sold for R&D purposes only. They
are intended for research and development laboratory use and should be
handled by suitably trained individuals familiar with laboratory procedures and
potential chemical hazards. All products should be treated as potentially harmful.
● The buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by the seller for
safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial, or any
other use unless otherwise stated in the seller's literature.
● The customer accepts full responsibility for the use, misuse, and safe disposal of
the products and agrees to use them at their own risk.
Hazards
● GSAI PHARMA assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of
any information in this catalog regarding the hazardous nature of the products
listed or their suitability for any intended use. The customer assumes all
responsibility for the safe and proper use of purchased products. All chemicals
listed in this catalog should be treated with caution.
